I started Fluid Life Yoga in 2018 after training in London with Dan Peppiat from Yoga Like Water.

Inspired by my training, I developed my own way of teaching and practicing yoga that doesn't belong to a specific school and is more about freedom of movement and flow with emphasis on how is feels rather than how it looks.
I have been teaching for 6 years, from my studio at home in Great Horkesley, running small group classes and bespoke individual sessions.

Movement and breathwork can release tension and stress that is held in the body. We are often disconnected from our bodies; we not in tune with our breathing, the sensations we experience, the pain and the joy.
​
Sometimes we don't want to talk about our feelings and how things are for us, sometimes we would prefer to move and find grounding and release through moving our bodies. This can shift things for us mentally and emotionally and give us an all round sense of well-being.
Yoga - I run a class on Thursday mornings at 8.45am for 60 mins that is suitable for all levels - spaces are limited, cost is £12/class, paid for in blocks of 6.

Yoga - Private one to one and small group classes are available at £40 for 60 mins.

Do you dislike the thought of sitting opposite someone and talking? You could try counselling outside and yoga with counselling.
​
Private one to one sessions which are gentle and focus on settling the nervous system through vagus nerve activating exercises, movement and breathwork. Through this process we invite our Adult ego state and from there we can bring in the therapeutic work. These sessions can be in the studio or outside if the weather permits.
